As was common with DiscoVision in the early days, there were no chapter stops listed anywhere on the disc jacket. The discovery of chapter stops on Better Tennis in 30 Minutes was just as surprising as finding chapters on The Art Awareness Collection. Chapter 4 of this program was included on the MCA Consumer Demonstration Disc.

Composed as a series of short programs, the entire program is narrated by Dennis Ralston. Using a series of slow-motion and freeze frames the principles of proper tennis are outlined. Mastered from a 16mm film source, the video and audio quality is only as good as the materials used in the transfer. They appear slightly grainy and out of focus. The sound is recorded at a slightly high level which causes a minor amount of distortion during the narration.
