Synopsis:
The story begins when E.T. and his fellow travelers come peacefully to Earth to gather plants in a misty redwood forest. When they are discovered, the rest of the crew flees in their spaceship, and E.T. is accidentally left behind. He eludes his would-be captors and is befriended by Elliott, a ten-year-old boy. While E.T. learns about life on Earth, Elliott learns about friendship -- a friendship that bridges the universe with understanding and love. Overflowing with memorable performances, a stirring musical score and scenes of wonderment, E.T. invites everyone to share the thrill of its magic touch. It's more than a movie -- it's an experience you'll never forget.
