Synopsis:
This endearing head-over-tails comedy from producer Ivan Reitman takes a look at an ordinary suburban family, whose ordinary lifestyle is disrupted when the somber but loving father (Charles Grodin) acquiesces to his wife (Bonnie Hunt) and kids to adopt an enormous St. Bernard. The good-hearted but clumsy canine wrecks havoc, often with hilarious results, but manages to redeem himself just when it looks like it's back to the pet shelter. Dean Jones and Stanley Tucci co-star.
