| Stardate Unknown Doc (Robert Picardo), the ship's Emergency Medical Hologram, can no longer tolerate crew members who come to sickbay with everyday pains and maladies. So he decides to set an example by experiencing those aches and pains firsthand. He gives himself a holographic dose of a 29-hour flu, never imagining that his sneezy, achy, feverish symptoms might last more than 29 hours. Chakotay (Robert Beltran), too, is getting in touch with something beyond his normal realm. Trapped on a nearby planet while trying to secure minerals for the ship's repair, he uncovers a culture that may have ties to his Earth ancestry. Are these the "Sky Spirits" of his tribe's myths? As Chakotay draws closer to the answer, he also draws closer to the wisdom and teachings of his deceased father. | |

| Stardate 49164.8 She has the power to destroy Voyager and the power to send the starship home. She's Suspiria, the female accomplice of the Caretaker, the being who first pulled Voyager into the Delta Quadrant. Janeway (Kate Mulgrew) hopes for the best as she prepares to meet the powerful spaceling. But she and her crew also plan for the worst. Tuvok (Tim Russ) creates a toxin intended to disable the spacefarer should she become vengeful. And Kes (Jennifer Lein) acts as liaison between the ship and Suspiria's Ocampan devotees. Kes, however, may be a weak link in the crew's readiness. Her raw telepathic ability may be no match for the highly developed skills of the other Ocampans. But what Kes lacks in training she soon makes up for in heart. | |

| Stardate 49211.5 Is the Federation losing its edge? Unmatched technology has been a constant advantage for Voyager's crew in its dealings with other beings. But that edge may be gone forever when Kazon forces set out to achieve technological parity by successfully hijacking a transporter module. The daring theft, orchestrated by onetime Federation insider Seska (Martha Hackett), draws an immediate response from Captain Janeway (Kate Mulgrew) and a personal response from Chakotay (Robert Beltran), Seska's former lover and mentor. In violation of starship procedures, he stages a one-man commando raid that destroys the stolen module. But now the Kazon have something better: they have Chakotay. And they have ways that could make him reveal Voyager's command codes. | |

| Stardate Unknown "We have each other. That's all we'll need", an eccentric Alsaurian (Joel Grey) tells Janeway (Kate Mulgrew) as the two proceed on a daring rescue mission. Janeway, who escaped when shock troops apprehended fellow away team members Torres (Roxann Biggs-Dawson) and Tuvok (Tim Russ), has no choice but to depend on him. But how much can she really rely on a dotty old man who insists that she is his long-absent daughter? The crazy-like-a-fox Alsaurian proves more than able, guiding Janeway to the labyrinth that holds the crew members. Now another ruse is needed, one that can't be found in a Starfleet handbook. The prison guards don't ask the name of the vamp who outwitted them. But, for the record, it's Kathryn Janeway. | |
