Mastered from videotape, The Omelette Show includes an incredibly sharp and clear video transfer as well as a very will done audio transfer. While the cooking methods displayed are huge "no-no's" these days, the program is still timeless. Ms. Child's obvious live performance contains several verbal "mis-steps" but is on the whole quite enjoyable. Some masterings experience 20 Frame Skip.
