In a rare stroke of genius, DiscoVision decided to place chapter markers at the beginning of each program.
To Save a Life: Choking and CPR is actually two separate programs, which actually belong together. Chapter
marks typical for the period are vague in their placement.
Of course, in keeping with normal practices, there is no indication of this feature on the jacket artwork. The video
transfer is typical of most of the Encyclopedia Britannica Educational films. The image is sharp and clear but with
faded colors. It is possible the 16mm film source was shot this way, but it is more than likely simply faded. The
audio transfer is not exceptional in any form, either good or bad. In another rare stroke, DiscoVision chose not to
edit the closing credits off either program as was done with several other programs.
